When is my order mailed out?
All mail will be sent out by the end of each month.
What is the last day to sign up each month?
All new subscriptions must be in by the 10th to receive that month’s mail. If you order after the 10th, your first order will be rolled over into the next month. For example, if you sign up on May 20th, your first mail will be for the month of June.
When will I be charged each month?
You will be charged for your subscription on the 1st of every month.
Can I buy the past month’s mail?
If I have extras, they will be for sale separately while supplies last!
Can I track my mail?
Right now, I don't offer tracking. All mail is sent out via USPS First-Class mail, and the price is included in the subscription.
How long does shipping take?
Mail sent within the United States: approximately 1-5 days
Mail sent internationally: approximately 7-21 days
